GUARANTEE: We guarantee every product we make. If for any reason, and at anytime, you or your customers are dissatisfied with the construction of our products, we will repair, replace or exchange it without question, free of charge.

If our product is defective, we pay shipping both ways. If you would like to exchange a product, you pay shipping. 

Note that colors display differently on different computer monitors, and due to the individual handmade quality of our products. Not everything is exactly the same as shown in the photo. There will be slight discrepancies although the styles are the same. We are a small business and work with Mayan artisans from Guatemala, and are unable to offer cash refunds. We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange.
