WHOLESALE PRICING:

We are a small company that works one-on-one with our artisans, and we sell retail and wholesale. We offer volume discount pricing on most of our products to anyone, as long as the minimum order is met. Contact us for information about minimum orders. The greater the quantity of an item that you purchase, the lower the price is. To receive volume pricing discounts, the items do not need to be the same product and can be in different colors, or our standard "assorted colors." Note that specific colors requires a special order. You will receive a discount based on the total amount purchased in any one order. 

 Wholesale prices are generally 30% to 50% off the listed retail price, depending on the size of your initial order. There is no minimum for subsequent orders.

 If you want to buy in bulk, or met us at any of the wholesale trade shows including the Golden Triangle Show (GTS) or the New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF), email us at AtitlanArts@gmail.com for wholesale pricing and a discount code.

 We accept credit cards online or over the phone, PayPal and personal or company checks, although we don't ship until the check clears. We ask for a 50% to 100% deposit on all special orders.

For online wholesale accounts, we have a small first time minimum of $300.00, but for small companies and gift shops we can do a first time "test order" of $150.00. There is no minimum for reorders. Email: AtitlanArts@gmail.com to discuss your first order.

For wholesale accounts, we have a sliding scale of 30% to 50% off listed online retail prices, depending on the size of your order. For a wholesale code for your discount rate, please email or call.  Shipping will be calculated after your order is placed. We use USPS flat rate boxes to ship, with no extra handling charges.

 

Any qualified business or organization can qualify for wholesale or bulk pricing if they can meet the minimum order and a resale number, or legitimate business name for a new or established business.

We also work with new people who would like to begin to sell in their own area. If you are buying retail in substantial amounts for your club or organization, contact us for a discount coupon. We also offer special discounts to nonprofits and conservation organizations.

We only charge sales tax in North Carolina, where our company is based.

You can also purchase wholesale with no minimum if you come to one of our wholesale cash and carry trade shows, fairs or festivals. Email us for an updated schedule.

We offer a "guaranteed sale." While we can't offer cash refunds, we will exchange anything that doesn't sell for products that fit your market better, if you pay shipping. We will work with you to find what are the best products and colors for your area. Don't hesitate to tell us what you want or ideas you may have. 

We accept returns and will repair or replace any defective product if we are notified within 15 days. Please verify that your order is correct within the fifteen day period, and contact us for a RMA number if you need to return something. We pay shipping if it is our mistake. We cannot give cash refunds, but do offer store credit.


Orders are usually shipped USPS flat rate priority mail, insured with tracking number. Orders are usually packed and shipped within one to two days of receiving the order, and most packages arrive within three business days. We can also overnight packages at the higher USPS rate or use FedEx or UPS if desired. Contact us for any special shipping request.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

We work with artisans and beading co-ops all around Lake Atitlan, Guatemala and can produce custom orders depending on bead availability and what we have in stock. I travel back and forth to Lake Atitlan every three or four months to work on special projects and bring back new inventory. We work with many artisans in the 13 villages around Lake Atitlan, including Santiago, Santa Cruz de la Laguna, Panajachel, San Jorge, San Pedro and Solola. Due to the limited availability of certain colors or materials at different times, any orders for particular colors have different production and delivery times. If you are willing to accept "assorted colors" we can usually fill orders from inventory on hand. Special orders may take longer.

Because all our products are hand made according to orders we receive, we cannot guarantee exact colors or delivery times, although we try to keep at least 10 or 20 items on hand for retail sales. Most special orders can be completed within 20 to 30 days. We can also deliver a smaller quantity every two months, as manpower and beadwork becomes available. This can often be a preferred method of delivery, as the clients can see for themselves which colors and styles sell best.

GUARANTEED SALE: This means you can exchange anything that did not sell for something that will sell, with no time limit if the products are still in excellent condition. You pay shipping.

Production depends on a number of factors: availability of materials, climate changes (recent hurricanes, mudslides and volcanoes to name a few), road conditions and launch travel across the lake. Shipping is expensive for small quantities, so we try to manufacture and ship from Guatemala every 2 to 4 months. Let us know what your schedule is, and we will work out the best shipping methods possible.

These unique items are available in limited quantities. We can offer an estimate only for delivery times, based on production elements. The more lead time the better, but let us know if you have a rush order. We strive to maintain the highest development standards and quality control. Discuss special orders for our newest designs with us by calling or emailing; we will send additional photos and more. We can also produce most designs you have, via drawings, photographs or actual models.
